College Council Secretariat
The College Council Secretariat is the body that is concerned with the meetings of the College Council (the highest scientific and administrative authority in the college, which consists of the Dean of the College, the heads of the scientific branches, the assistants to the Scientific and Administrative Dean, and the Secretary of the College Council), and it is a body directly linked to the Dean (Chairman of the College Council). The Secretary of the College Council is responsible for implementing and following up on the decisions of the College Council until they reach the relevant authorities with their support, and then supervising their redirection to the various relevant authorities to implement the decisions, whether inside or outside the college. Accordingly, the Secretariat of the College Council is considered an executive administration that facilitates the tasks of the College Council and provides all administrative services and secretarial work for everything related to the work of the Council and is directly linked to the President of the College Council and the Dean of the College.
