Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Yasser Al-Aboudi, in the presence of the President of Wasit University, the respected Professor Dr. Mazen Hassan Jassim Al-Hasani, and under the supervision and follow-up of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, the Assistant Professor Dr. Thaer Hamid Al-Mayahi, the respected In conjunction with the Global Entrepreneurship Week, which is held annually for the period November 13-19, 2023, and within the activities and schedule of activities, the College of Dentistry held today, Tuesday, 11/14/2023, many workshops, seminars, and competitions within its curriculum for this week, as the opening ceremony included reading verses from The wise remembrance, listening to the national anthem, and reciting Surat Al-Fatihah in the spirit of the Iraqi martyrs, and then the success stories of the pioneering projects of graduates of the College of Dentistry and the Smile Team projects were presented. Also, on the sidelines of the International Entrepreneurship Week, the college held a special exhibition for pioneering projects that included displaying the most important equipment and supplies for dentistry and surgery.

The Dean of the College concluded by saying that Global Entrepreneurship Week, which is celebrated during November 13-19 of each year, reflects the real opportunity to spread the culture of entrepreneurship among youth groups and encourage them to generate entrepreneurial ideas that depend on creativity and innovation.
