The Human Resources Division in our college aspires to reach the best ways and means of completing transactions related to the human resource, as human resources are the main backbone of the college, as it issues administrative orders to grant college employees regular and sick leave according to their entitlements, taking into account the provisions of the amended Civil Service Law No. 24 of 1960. And the provisions of the University Service Law and the instructions issued pursuant thereto, issuing orders for investigative committees for various reasons after naming the members of the Dean or the Administrative Assistant, receiving mail and correspondence related to the college, following up on the ages of teachers and employees according to the decisions to confirm their ages issued and saved in their personal files, and approaching the university presidency. Wasit for the purpose of referring them to retirement in accordance with University Service Law No. 23 of 2008. For teachers, the unified retirement law for employees, issuing separation orders, and approaching the retirement authority after organizing the service book (which includes his full service) for the purpose of allocating the retirement salary, following up on the attendance of teachers and employees, implementing the instructions of the Civil Service Law against those who stop working, and issuing annual bonus orders for all college employees (teaching staff). +Employees) each according to his entitlement and based on the State Employees’ Salaries Law No. 22 of 2008 and approaching the Presidency of the University of Baghdad with the names of those entitled to promotion for the purpose of issuing the necessary order to do so after organizing a summary of the services of the person entitled to promotion and the period he spent in that grade, and preparing reports for those assigned to evaluate their performance annually.
The Human Resources Management Division also seeks to develop and use the best modern technologies in entering information related to college members into computers and special systems and programs to facilitate the speed of completing transactions.
